Selling a Home

A thoughtful plan for selling your home

Your property, priorities and timing should shape the plan. I help you consider preparation, pricing and marketing, then work through offers and the steps toward closing.

Prepare with purpose

Start with a conversation about the home’s condition and how it will be presented. I help you consider practical steps such as reducing clutter, arranging furniture, addressing visible maintenance needs and preparing outdoor spaces.

The plan should fit the property. Some homes may benefit from specific repairs or updates; others may need a lighter touch. Discuss the options before committing to a major project.

Set a price with context

I consider the property’s characteristics, condition and location alongside comparable sales, competing homes and market conditions. Together, we can discuss a pricing approach that reflects both the available information and your goals.

As the listing progresses, showing feedback and changes in the market can inform the next conversation.

Present your home thoughtfully

My marketing approach includes professional photography, MLS exposure and syndication, signage, social promotion and a coordinated showing strategy. Preparation and staging guidance help present the home clearly.

Open houses and aerial photography may be appropriate for some properties. I’ll discuss which tools fit your home and the plan for bringing it to market.

Consider the whole offer

Price is one part of an offer. Timing, financing, contingencies and other terms also matter. I help you review the full picture, discuss your priorities and negotiate the next steps.

Keep moving toward closing

After an offer is accepted, I help coordinate the steps ahead, including inspection and repair discussions, appraisal, relevant lender and title milestones, and closing arrangements. I stay involved as questions arise and decisions need to be made.

A client’s experience

“During a process that can sometimes be stressful she was able to stay upbeat and she never lost her sense of humor.”
